Santa's North Pole Cams Terms of Use

These terms apply to santasnorthpolecams.com and its camera pages ("North Pole Cams"), operated by PackageFromSanta.com ("we", "us"). By using North Pole Cams you agree to these terms. If you are using North Pole Cams with children, you are responsible for their use.
1. What North Pole Cams is
North Pole Cams is a festive entertainment experience: prepared, prerecorded North Pole scenes presented as a make-believe camera network. The scenes, camera labels and effects are part of the story, not real-time surveillance. Some scenes are created with digital and AI tools.
2. Free cameras and Grown-Up Access
- The public cameras are free to watch and need no account.
- Grown-Up Access is optional and only for people 18 or older. You must give your own email address and accurate information. Keep sign-in codes private.
3. Availability
North Pole Cams is seasonal. Cameras, scenes and features may change, pause or end at any time, and we do not promise any particular camera or scene will be available.
4. Acceptable use
Please do not:
- copy, download, record, re-upload or sell the footage or artwork, except sharing a link to a camera page;
- try to get around access controls, sign-in codes or security checks;
- use bots, scrapers or automated tools on the site;
- interfere with the site or other people's use of it;
- use North Pole Cams for anything unlawful.
5. Our content
The scenes, characters, artwork, music, text and design are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. Package From Santa® is a registered trademark. See our Copyright page.
6. Purchases
North Pole Cams links to PackageFromSanta.com. Anything you buy there is governed by that store's own terms and policies.
7. Email
We send sign-in codes and confirmation emails when you request them. We send the opening alert only to grown-ups who confirmed their sign-up. Signing in to Grown-Up Access includes North Pole news and offers by email, as stated before you sign in. You can unsubscribe at any time. The opening alert and Grown-Up Access are currently offered in the United States only. See our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers
North Pole Cams is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will work on every device or connection.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Macomb County, Michigan, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
